Thomas Fire Re-build Spanish-Style
Involved in this custom home project from the design through the entire build. This is a Spanish-style single-story home leveraging many Santa Barbara-style elements in the interior and exterior. This home was a Thomas Fire rebuild that had a lot of earthwork to maximize the footprint of the lot allowing for a larger home and use of the property for outside landscape and entertainment space. From the custom millwork, copper roof elements, traditional Spanish variegated roof, this home is a stunner.
