I am a construction manager and GC focused on construction of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, apartments, lofts, mixed-use, life-work and commercial projects. Skilled in all facets of building construction as well as managing a variety of constructions teams and projects. Highly skilled at managing projects, budgets and deadlines. Knowledgeable about public works regulations and construction and providing expert direction in all aspects of contract construction. I have lived and worked in Ventura County my entire life (with the exception of college), this area is my home and my clients remain future clients.
