“We are a Thomas fire rebuild and we built our home at the onset of the Covid rules. There were so many issues to address just in submitting our plans to the city during that time when all of Ventura city hall was closed. John easily handled all the problems associated with the permit process during this unprecedented time. He worked effortlessly alongside our architect as well as our geological, survey, and structural engineers. John brought in many different trades and all of them worked efficiently together as a team. I couldn’t have chosen a more skilled builder. ”
“It was our dream to create an integrated ADU and expand our original 1957 garage. Remaining consistent with our 50’s architecture was paramount to honoring the era of our main home.
