Upscale Orthopedic Fitness & Wellness Center Transformation
Provided full consulting services from concept to completion, including custom plan design. We converted a vacant warehouse into a fully operational, premier orthopedic fitness and wellness facility. The buildout featured 4 private offices, a kitchenette with a one-of-a-kind custom concrete sink, 2 changing rooms, 2 bathrooms (including one ADA-compliant), and custom LED lighting throughout. We hired and managed all subcontractors — handling every phase from demolition, framing, insulation, electrical, and plumbing, through to drywall and finish carpentry — delivering a seamless, high-end result.
