ADU Build & Garage Expansion
Led from the design phase through the build of this amazing Oceanview ADU attached to a garage expansion project. This 50’s era home is a classic design and we wanted to carry that out into the ADU in the hopes of having both appear similar. This project had extensive earth and foundation work, its efficient design highlights leveraging the natural views while keeping privacy between neighbors. The result of the project is a stunning addition to this great property.
“It was our dream to create an integrated ADU and expand our original 1957 garage. Remaining consistent with our 50’s architecture was paramount to honoring the era of our main home.
