Provided consulting from start to finish including plan design. Complete conversion from a warehouse area to a fully operational training facility. Included 4 offices, kitchenette, golf simulation room, 2 changing rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ADA compliant), custom soundproof wall system installed and polished concrete floors. Hired and managed all subcontractors including demolition, framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, drywall and finish carpentry.
